Do I have to give photo credit to Social Drive?
No! These are your photos. Use them as you please on all social platforms.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my apt?
All apps are scheduled months in advance. However, if for some reason you are unable to make the apt, there will be a makeup session the following week on a date that works best for you. There is a $50 for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled photo shoot.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, of course. You can cancel your subscription anytime. You can login to your account and hit cancel. The login button is on the right-hand side of the scheduling page.
You will get a few questions when booking your photo shoot. Questionnaires are helpful information to make sure we communicate your message well through the photos we take. Please remember to fill out questionnaires when booking.
How does the schedule work?
Hit book now and pick the date that works best for you. You can choose your location or our studio. It's up to you. You will get an email confutation and a reminder day before. Please fill in the address at booking if it's at your location.
What if I am unhappy?
It is my goal that you are 100% happy with the photos. If for any reason you are unhappy, we will redo the session for new images at no additional cost.
